Brief introduction to the structure of roller screen.

The machine can be divided into three parts:
Rack part: The machine frame are made of excellent carbon steel plate, welded by the channel, and through a rigorous product certification and specific process requirements, has reached the purpose of the use of the machine;
Transmission screening section: This part uses a modular screen, which is transmitted by the transmission wheel through the coupling to the main shaft, the screen is installed and welded on the main shaft of the cage. The material enters feeding port, it is continuously rotated and graded in roller, and the material is uniformly discharged from the discharge port, this machine effectively separates the finished product from back material, thereby improving the working efficiency;

Transmission connection: motor drive pulley, V-belt, reducer transmission, so that the spindle rotation work,the working parts of transmission reducer with the host, they all adopt pin-type connector phase clutch transmission drive, convenient assembly and maintenance.
