Working principle of rotary dryer
This series of dryer belongs to the rotary drum drying type, and its working principle is: the belt and pulley are driven by the main motor, and the driving shaft is driven by the reducer. The split gear installed on the driving shaft is engaged with the big gear fixed on the body, and works in opposite direction. The material is added from the feed end and passes through the inside of the cylinder. At the same time, a hot air stove is set at the inlet end, and the hot air enters into the cylinder body under the blowing force of the fan, and the lower end of the material is turned up evenly under the action of the lifting plate inside the cylinder body, so as to achieve the goal of even drying. The dried material flows out from the discharge (the machine is used with a cooler, because the dried particles have a certain temperature, which is not conducive to storage, and it can be stored after cooling).
