The process steps of making round granular organic fertilizer from livestock manure:
Step 1: Collect the liquid of livestock and poultry excrement for fermentation and decomposition, mix it with straw, hay, etc. to control the water content of about 65%, and then transport it to the fermentation tank, sprinkle it with aerobic fermentation bacteria. At the same time, use the hydraulic tank type dumper to fully mix it and let it ferment. During fermentation, use the dumper to dump the materials for cooling treatment.
Step 2: The materials that have been decomposed by high temperature will be processed by the organic fertilizer crusher. The organic fertilizer wet material crusher is a professional equipment for crushing high humidity, multi fiber materials. High speed rotating chain is used to crush fiber with good particle size.
Step 3: Mix and stir with trace elements, auxiliary materials, humic acid, clay, etc. The vertical mixer is used for fast mixing speed and good uniformity. It can be used to mix viscous materials with 30% liquid. Two blades and rotors with opposite rotation stir in the middle when working. The lower door is adopted for fast unloading and less residue.
Step 4: Organic fertilizer disc granulator, organic fertilizer agitating tooth granulator or new type agitating tooth drum three combination granulator are used for granulation.
Step 5: Tumble dry the organic fertilizer dryer to further remove water from the granulated particles to meet the standard requirements of organic fertilizer moisture content.
Step 6: The roller cooling uses a cooler to cool the dried granular materials, which is helpful for the storage and quality assurance of granules.
Step 7: The particle size of the granular materials output from the granulation and molding system of the screening and recycling system is different, so screening and grading are required. The drum screen selected shall be featured with low vibration, low noise, convenient screen change and screen surface cleaning device.
Step 8: Granular coating equipment The coating machine consists of a screw conveyor, a mixing tank, an oil pump, a host machine, etc. It uses powder powder or liquid coating technology. It can effectively prevent the fertilizer from caking. Polypropylene lining or acid resistant stainless steel is used in the host.
Step 9: The granular materials of the packaging equipment are packaged and transported to the finished product warehouse through the conveying equipment. Granular materials can be quantitatively weighed and packaged through automatic packing scales.
