First point: anti aging. The rubber or plastic products of fertilizer equipment are easy to be aged and deteriorated due to the effect of oxygen in the air and ultraviolet light in the sun, which makes the elasticity of rubber parts of fertilizer equipment poor and easy to be broken. For the storage of rubber parts of fertilizer equipment, it is better to apply hot paraffin oil on the rubber surface, put it on the indoor shelf, cover it with paper, and keep the fertilizer equipment ventilated, dry and free from direct sunlight.

Second point: Anti-deformation. The springs, transmission belts, long knife bars and other parts of the fertilizer equipment will be plastically deformed due to long-term stress or improper placement. For this reason, proper support should be provided under the fertilizer equipment; the machine does not bear the load; all the pressure or tension on the fertilizer equipment The opened spring must be relaxed; remove the transmission belt and keep it indoors; some easily deformed parts such as long blades should be laid flat or vertically hung; in addition, the removed organic fertilizer granulator machine parts should be prevented from squeezing and deformation during storage .
