The granulation part is the core procedure, and the use of the fertilizer granulator machine determines the shape and quality of the final fertilizer granules. Our company produces different types of fertilizer granulator machines, which are generally divided into the following types according to the different granulation modes in organic fertilizer manufacturing process :
1. Disc granulator. It consists of a slanted granulating disc, a driving device, a frame, a feeding tube, a liquid material sprayer, a scraper plate and the like. The inclination angle is 35 to 55 degrees, and the rotation speed is n=10 to 18 r/min. The smaller the angle, the longer the residence time and the larger the particles. Due to the small investment in the equipment of the disc granulator and the low operating cost, it is widely used in the organic fertilizer manufacturing process (mainly from plants and/or animals).
2. Flat die extrusion granulator. It is mainly suitable for coarse fiber granulation, such as: wood chips, rice husks, cotton stalks, cottonseed husks, weeds and other crop straws, domestic garbage, waste of waste plastic box factory, material granulation with low bonding rate and difficult to work. , briquetting, rod making, can also be applied to low-temperature granulation of biological bacterial fertilizer, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer.
3. Ring die extrusion granulator. Ring die granulators are widely used in small and medium-sized aquaculture, grain and feed processing, livestock farms, poultry farms and individual farmers.
4. New type organic fertilizer Granulator. It’s a new type of granulation equipment, also known as wet granulator. The equipment utilizes the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the aerodynamic force generated thereby, so that the fine powder material can be continuously mixed, granulated, spheroidized, densely and the like in the machine, thereby achieving the purpose of granulation. The shape of the particles is spherical, the sphericity is ≥0.7, the particle size is generally between 0.3 and 3 mm, and the granulation rate is ≥80%. The particle diameter can be appropriately adjusted by the material mixing amount and the spindle rotation speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount, the higher the rotation speed, the smaller the particle size, and vice versa. The granulator has high granulation efficiency, no sharp angle after granulation of spherical particles, and low pulverization rate, which is more suitable for large capacity production requirements.
