1. Do not wear
The wearing parts of the organic fertilizer machine include: hammer head, lining plate and grate bar. As long as one of them is worn, it will not only cause the poor grinding effect of the organic fertilizer machine, large discharge particle size, and reduced output, but also cause serious damage to the organic fertilizer crusher.
2. Don't run out of oil
Lubricating oil plays a very important role in the production line of organic fertilizer. Once oil shortage occurs, it will not only affect the overall performance of the
organic fertilizer machine, but also accelerate the wear of various parts, thus reducing the service life of the complete set of organic fertilizer machine.
3. Don't overwork
In the process of conveying materials, the first thing we need to ensure is a uniform speed, to avoid fast and slow feeding speed, and more and less feeding weight. In this way, it is easy to make the organic fertilizer machine work under overload condition. If it goes on for a long time, it will cause equipment wear and even burn down the motor, which will cause irreversible damage to the whole set of organic fertilizer equipment.
4. Don't "work with illness"
In case of any abnormal condition of the organic fertilizer machine, we need to shut down the machine in time for inspection, find out the root cause, and then start the machine for use. Do not cause "serious disease" for a long time because of a small problem, which will eventually lead to serious damage to the complete set of organic fertilizer equipment.
