organic fertilizer production machine can reduce the pollution of cow manure effectively by processing cow manure into organic fertilizer, which is also helpful to the production to a certain extent. Therefore, it is necessary to treat the organic fertilizer to play a greater role. How to process cow manure into organic fertilizer?
1. One bag (200g) of cow dung composting starter and 3kg rice bran (straw powder, sawdust, wheat bran and rice bran) were made into strain mixture for standby.
2. The mixture of the above-mentioned bacteria is evenly sprinkled into 2-3 cubic meters of composting cow dung, and the moisture content of the whole material is maintained at about 50-60%. The moisture standard of the material is as follows: pinch it into a ball, there is a watermark, no dripping, and it will disperse when you let it go. If possible, you can set a canopy on the pile or cover it with a layer of plastic film to prevent rain from getting wet.
3. The compost windrow turner must be even and thorough when turning over the pile. The low-level special materials should be turned into the middle and upper parts of the pile as far as possible, so as to fully mature. After turning the pile once, it will be turned over once a week. However, when the temperature exceeds 70 ℃, the pile must be turned over immediately. Otherwise, a large number of beneficial microorganisms and fermentation bacteria will be killed, which is not conducive to fermentation and maturity.
4. After the fermentation of cow manure organic fertilizer is completed, after a little air drying, it can be crushed by a crusher, granulated by an
organic fertilizer granulator, dried and dehydrated by a dryer, and then screened by a screening machine. The finished organic fertilizer is ready for packaging and storage.
