Rotary drum dryer is a new generation rotary drum dryer developed by our company's staff with many years of design and manufacturing experience of drying equipment for NPK fertilizer production line
. It has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, simple operation, low energy consumption, long service life, uniform drying and convenient maintenance. It is a more advanced compound fertilizer drying equipment in China, and its products are all over the country Drying is mainly used in NPK fertilizer production line to dry fertilizers with certain humidity and particle size.
Advantages of drum granulator in NPK fertilizer production line
Working principle of rotary dryer
- 1. It has the advantages of less investment, quick effect, good economic benefit and reliable performance.
- 2. Small power, no three waste emissions, stable operation, convenient maintenance, reasonable process layout, advanced technology and low production cost.
- 3. The distribution and angle design of the lifting plate is perfect, the performance is reliable, so the heat utilization rate is high, the drying is uniform, and the cleaning times are less.
This series of dryer belongs to the rotary drum drying type, and its working principle is: the belt and pulley are driven by the main motor, and the driving shaft is driven by the reducer. The split gear installed on the driving shaft is engaged with the big gear fixed on the body, and works in opposite direction. The material is added from the feed end and passes through the inside of the cylinder. At the same time, a hot air stove is set at the inlet end, and the hot air enters into the cylinder body under the blowing force of the fan, and the lower end of the material is turned up evenly under the action of the lifting plate inside the cylinder body, so as to achieve the goal of even drying. The dried material flows out from the discharge (the machine is used with a cooler, because the dried particles have a certain temperature, which is not conducive to storage, and it can be stored after cooling). With the continuous rotation of the motor and the continuous entry of materials, mass production can be realized.
