The fermentation process of the organic fertilizer production line: Use livestock manure or crop straws as raw materials, moisten with water, pile into strips or round piles, and cover with plastic cloth. Generally, the pile temperature can rise to about 50 degrees within 24 hours. Within 48 hours, the temperature of the heap can rise to 70 degrees. At this time, all the bacteria, eggs, and weed seeds in the heap are killed. The heap can be turned by a heap turning machine to fully mix the raw materials with the air. Generally, this operation is repeated for 1 to 2 weeks to completely decompose the raw materials in the heap.

The production of biological organic fertilizer is slightly complicated. By using fermented organic fertilizer, about 10% of biological bacteria are added, and after being fully stirred, it is processed into biological organic fertilizer. It is suitable for various soils and crops, and has a fairly significant fertilizer effect. The organic matter contained in it is not only rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other large elements, but also contains a variety of trace elements required by crops.
